In the spring of 2019, I was approached by a friend to rebrand a national nonprofit known as Belegarth Medieval Combat Society. The identity was dated and needed a general redesign as well as assets for social media. The end deliverables included new color and black and white logos and icon, color scheme, font, business cards, social media identity, and social media spotlight frames.

Business Card Design

I always joke that the first rule of medieval fight club is tell everyone. Because of the decentralized nature of the organization, it is very important to make sure prospective attendees have all the information they need to find local groups. This business card design is intended to be a generic template any chapter can use to help spread the word about local meet-ups without divulging personal information.

Social Media Identity

Belegarth, as a national organization, exists largely online. Having a cohesive brand presence across all social media sites helps create a unified look and feel, and maintains the brand integrity.

Social Media templates

One of the requests was to create a series of templates that could add context at a glance to photos posted on social media. The goal was to create a design that was easy to implement and highlighted different aspects of the organization.
